For contract is needed a copy of the register of company or certificate of entrepreneur including objects clause. The continuous purchase for resale is term of the contract. We don't determine a turnover to achieve, but, the dealer has to purchase products at least once in a month! Our dealers have the possibility to purchase products at discounted price and they pay by transfer as well as receive free of charge, delivered by us or sent by Courier Express, the ordered products. Our staff assures efficient support in marketing, usage and installation problems and gives also private instruction on demand.
	Territorial Agency We constantly build our reseller system. Our target: to have customers easily access to our products everywhere in the country. Accordingly, we are looking for territorial agencies, for wholesale and retail trade, who will resale our products in their own territory for resellers as well as end users. We support our territorial agencies in marketing according them especial allowances. We accord further discounts, accordingly they can sell for resellers at wholesale prices as well as at retail prices for end users. They can pay by transfer and we can deliver them free of charge or sent by Courier Express the ordered products. We accord technical instruction for their staff, personal instructions, product demonstrations and constant technical support. We accord significant advertising support in the territory of the agency for a successful distribution. We support them in starting a stock, constantly modification of stock, changing or repurchasing products. The rate of discount depending on turnover, 5%, 10% or 15% of discounted reseller price. With extra discounts, selling for resellers, they have the possibility to achieve notable profit level. Selling for end users, they can achieve very important profit level. For Territorial Agency we make a Territorial Agency Contract. The target of contract is a well functioning business partnership. The term of the contract is a technical shop with professional technical staff.
